I like Aussie products, they work really well. Get what ever kind you like. Personally I like the straightening one. I also use Aussie putty stuff too, and it works very well.

use a clarifying product, like AG Carify. They really help to clear all the gunk out! Remember to condition too, cuz gels and putty can be drying to your hair.
Use clarifying shampoo like the suave brand. Just use it every other day, and on the other days use a hydrating shampoo. Try a deep conditioner once a week or so. Gel is really bad for your hair. It contains alcohol, which dries it out.

Stop using so much gel, etc. on your hair. No amount of any kind of shampoo will help you. What your hair really needs is deep conditioning.

You only need a clarifier once a week- it will dry the heck out of it.


The key is to use water soluable product! If you use proffessional gel etc- it should wash out no problem.


Use a decent shampoo like Joico or Aveda daily. Clarifying once a week- you're golden!
you need a good clarifying shampoo try something by garnier i sue tresemme and i love it or if you want more of a salon shampoo use REDKEN when im done with tresemme im going to use redkens line of hair products
