im not too sure .. i used that stuff a while ago when i was tyring to get rid of black dye in my hair and it smells disgusting all day long even after a good rinsing .. so i would think u wouldnt want to use it everyday .. maybe alternate between that one and head and shoulders (less smell) ....Should you shampoo everyday if you use T/Gel with coal and have moderate dandruff?
You should never shampoo everyday.
Regardless of what people tell you, it's EXTREMELY damaging to your hair. It dries it out and then it'll get greasy everyday.
DON'T wash your hair everyday. At least every other day.
