Using Tresemme shampoo and conditioner everyday?

Is tresemme shampoo and conditioner gentle enough to use everyday? I don't want to damage my hair by washing everyday. Also, i have dry, somewhat damaged hair, so i was wondering, would the tresemme anti-breakage shampoo and conditioner work better or the moisture one? One more question, lol, is the tresemme heat tamer spray good at protecting hair against damage from heat styling tools? :)

Well Colman, i have to say even though it might say ';Gentle enough to use everyday'; it's never good to wash your hair everyday it will start getting brittle, and you might even lose more hair then usual. I suggest that you shouldn't wash your hair everyday. :)Using Tresemme shampoo and conditioner everyday?
It is never good to wash your hair everyday, but if you insist I believe it is, and you should go for the moisture one.

well wat i do is switch off so ur hair does not get 2 used 2 1 thing and u get 2 have mosturized but strong hair
try using dry shampoo i get mine at nordstrum
