I was wondering if it was okay to use this product everyday or if i should use it every other day.Is it okay to use Redken Shampoo and Conditioners everyday?
Well, they recommend not to wash ur hair everyday with shampoo and conditioner, because it'll wash ur natural hair oils away. and then it'll leave ur hair lookin a bit dull and dry, so u CAN wash ur hair everyday, even though its not neccessary if you didnt exercise or work up a sweat. U can take a shower with only conditioner, because conditioner has a nice scent to it and it conditions and makes ur hair soft while shampoo, it has chemicals and such. hope dis helped ;)Is it okay to use Redken Shampoo and Conditioners everyday?

Of course! It's better to use professional products on your hair than just the store bought, which is actually not good for your hair!

Redken is amazing.
Depends on your hair though.
Experts say to only wash every other day, but if you have exceptionally oily hair, or hair that gets frizzy if you sleep on it, then you can wash every day.
But washing with redken is the same as washing with anything else.
Unless it's for dandruff.
