Does applying shampoo everyday spoil youre hair and increase hairfall ?

It depends on the shampoo and conditioner you're using. Most drugstore shampoos are all the same. They have 1 or more of the following ingredients:

Sodium Laureth Sulphate

Sodium Laurel Sulphate

Ammonium Laureth Sulphate

Ammonium Laurel Sulphate

Alcohol

In *most* cases, these ingredients are very harsh and drying. They are usually just cheap fillers in the hair product. Pantene (all varieties), Suave (all varieties), V05 and Paul Mitchell (all varieties) and Infusium (all varieties) are the top 5 worst shampoos and conditioners I can think of. You're better off investing in a nicer shampoo and conditioner. Some people swear by ';Matrix Sleek.Shine.'; Pureology Hydrating and the Kenra Platinum lines are quite expensive but very nice as well. The cheapest of the three is the Matrix brand. The Matrix brand does contain one or two of the ingredients I listed, but it seems to be an unusual case and is actually a decent shampoo.

If you washed your hair every day with poor quality hair products, your hair would likely be a mess, even with lots of conditioner and hair treatments. However, if you invest in a better shampoo, your hair would thank you, even if you washed your hair every single day.Does applying shampoo everyday spoil youre hair and increase hairfall ?
From what I understand, it can damage your hair and may increase hairfall. The shampoo strips the oils from your hair, so it's good to occassionally skip showers or to shower without shampooing your hair every other day. The oils help to replenish and strenghthen your hair. Shampooing everyday can lead the hair to become dry and brittle making it more likely to break or fall out.Does applying shampoo everyday spoil youre hair and increase hairfall ?
Shampoo strips the natural oils from your hair. If you are concerned about this, try washing your hair every two to three days. Rinse your hair with the hottest water you can stand. This will help wash away excess oils. Note that if you use styling products daily, you should wash it daily to prevent buildup.
It depends on which shampoo you are using. Shampoos for the most are all made to strip our hair of everything. So everytime we was we strip all of the good stuff out, and this tends to damage our hair. But they do have a few new products out that are not as harsh.
I really don't know but I only shampoo and condition my hair every other day and on the days between i just rinse it out and my hair is very healthy and smooth.
i don't think they do. i shampoo everyday.

or my hair is just so greasy that shampoo doesn't strip them off away... lol

anyway i use sunsilk pink shampoo and conditioner.
yes... i've got hair thats half way down my thighs and is really thick... i wash my hair about twice a week. If you wash you wash your hair daily it leeches away the natural oils and damages your roots.. hence increased hair fall
I think it takes out your natural oils and makes it look greasier.

wash everyother day(still take a shower daily)
yeah, reason is because u wash away ur natural oils that protect your hair and make it naturrally soft. thats why I only take a shower once a month,jk
Nah, it keeps your scalp clean. Only scrubbing REALLY hard and doing it more than 2x a day is bad.
No, the brush does. Dummy
no if the shampoo is good.
idk but i do it everyday, cuz i cant stand greasy hair.
I have no idea, but I do it.
