If you work out and sweat everyday, is it alright to use shampoo everyday?

It can strip your scalp of its natural oils if you shampoo too much.If you work out and sweat everyday, is it alright to use shampoo everyday?

it depends, i dont mean to be gross, but do you sweat alot and does it smell? Also, does your hair get really greasy? It really isnt the best to wash your hair every day; its bad for your scalp. Unless, you overproduce a lot of sebum (oil the body excretes), then you should wash your hair. If you just want to freshen your hair, shake some baby powder in it to dry up the sweat, and little oil that may be there, then brush/comb and/or shake it out of your hair. Sounds crazy, but it works
yes. or would would rather have sweaty stinky hair?
i think you are supposed to use shampoo everyday anyways.
I would get at least 2 different shampoos and alternate them.
i use shampoo everyday. and i dont always work out. like 4/7 days a week i do, but i still shampoo every day. but i have super thick hair so idk about u.

no thast can dry out yo hair . instead rinse and then condition every day and shampoo every other day.
sweating doesnt hydrate your hair, its water. so it doesnt make a difference.
