Dandruff shampoo everyday?

i have some dandruff near the top and front of my head and ive been using cooling dandruff shampoo for it every night.


should i only be using this a few times a week? is it making it even more dry?


i also dont use any conditioner because i heard it makes dandruff worse.


oh,and ive been told using clarifying shampoo once a week helps.is this true?

you should be using conditioner coz it moisturises your hair


and dont use dandruff shampoo evrdsyy
